Welcome to our Family, Noah Patrick Bennett

Noah Patrick Bennett was born on February 17th, 2009 at 11:06pm. Jennifer was due (full-term) on March 10th with a scheduled C-Section on March 2nd. Noah could not wait to see his family. Noah was born at 37 weeks, weighing 6lbs., 15oz. and measuring 19inches.

Jennifer woke up at 5:30am on February 17th, 2009 with more intense contractions then what she was experiencing the last couple of months. She went into the doctor's office to find she was dialated one centimeter and had begun active-labor. She was sent home to continue monitoring as one centimeter was not a good time to deliver at 37 weeks. The contractions became longer and harder and another visit to the doctors was in order. She was put on the monitor and sent home at 5pm with a shot of morphine to help her sleep. The shot did not work and at 8pm, with painful contractions, I drove Jennifer to the hospital at over 95 mph. We arrived at triage and was confirmed 3 centimeters dialated - time to deliver. 45 minutes later in the operating room, our beautiful boy was delivered with a cry and a full head of hair.

Jennifer stayed in the hospital for 3 days and is still recovering 2 weeks later.
Thank you all for your prayers, your visits, cards, and words of congratulations.

Love,
Scott, Jennifer, Ethan, and Noah Bennett
